The Medical Centre currently employs 11 doctors and 15 admin and nursing staff. The practice has a solid base of doctors who have been with us for considerable periods of time and this gives patient’s confidence in their long-term care. As a highly regarded teaching practice we also have a good record of keeping registrars, beyond their initial training period. In fact two of our current doctors, who were with us as registrars have returned to us long term and are now among the principals of the practice.
The practice is very proud of its ability to retain staff for long periods of time, with almost all our staff having been with us since before 2001, a record not many businesses of this size could boast. Most of our nursing and admin staff are part-time and the practice is happy to be able to provide a flexible working environment that suits our employees.
